Kasey is responsible for the strategic direction of FuturePlan by Ascensus and was previously head of sales from 2017-2022. Prior to joining FuturePlan in 2017, Kasey was founding partner and CEO of Georgia-based Retirement Strategies Incorporated, where she built a TPA firm known for strong strategic partnerships with advisors and recordkeepers. Kasey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Corporate Finance from Augusta State University.

Head of Service & Operations

Rick leads FuturePlan’s national service and operations teams, developing and delivering exceptional service and solutions for more than 42,500 plan sponsors across the country. Drawing on his 30-year record of success in financial services leadership, Rick is executing on strategic imperatives to strengthen client loyalty and associate satisfaction. Most recently, Rick served as COO of Ascensus, leading the organization to stellar NPS scores and record-setting client retention. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Monmouth University.

Aaron McIsaac, CPFA

Head of FuturePlan Sales

Aaron is responsible for FuturePlan’s sales strategy and distribution efforts. He has been a respected leader in the TPA space for more than 25 years and previously served as FuturePlan’s Western Divisional Vice President, Sales. Prior to joining FuturePlan, his two decades of business development and leadership experience include helping develop Goldleaf Partners into a leading national 3(16) fiduciary services provider. Aaron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from The College of St. Scholastica.

Andy Lovell

Vice President, FuturePlan Initiatives

Andy is responsible for driving the success and implementation of strategic projects at FuturePlan. He joined FuturePlan in 2023 and has worked in the retirement benefits industry for 17 years, focusing primarily on ERISA plans. During this time, Andy has worked in a variety of roles from processing transactions to leading specialized service teams. He has a Bachelor’s degree in business management from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a Master’s degree in business administration from Utah State University.

Mark joined FuturePlan in 2018 and is responsible for leading sales and strategy for the south / east regions. Prior to joining FuturePlan, he was a partner and VP of Sales at Avintus in Nashville, TN. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and MBA from Lipscomb University.

Jeff Cricenti

Divisional Vice President, Sales

Jeff is responsible for leading sales for the north / west regions, helping small businesses and their financial representatives solve their retirement plan administrative needs. He has worked in financial services for over 17 years. Prior to joining FuturePlan, he was a recordkeeper wholesaler for Lincoln Financial Group. Jeff has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Creighton University.

Scott Pollack

Scott Pollack

National Practice Leader, Pension and Healthcare Actuarial Services Team

Scott is responsible for leading FuturePlan’s defined benefit and healthcare actuarial teams as they service clients across the country. Prior to joining FuturePlan in 2023, Scott was Executive Vice President, Client Services and Operations at Newport. Before Newport, Scott held a number of leadership positions at Mercer, most recently as a leader and partner for Mercer’s West Market Wealth business. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania and economics from the university’s Wharton School.

Dan Kravitz

Dan Kravitz

National Practice Leader, Cash Balance Plans

Dan joined Ascensus in 2017 and is responsible for leading the FuturePlan practice on Cash Balance. Previous to FuturePlan, Dan was the President of Kravitz, the leader in Cash Balance plans for the retirement industry for more than 20 years. He is the author of Beyond the 401k: How Financial Advisors Can Grow Their Businesses with Cash Balance Plans. Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, has completed the American Society of Pension Actuaries exams, and is a certified pension consultant.

Richard Collins

National Practice Leader, Solo DB

Richard is a recognized leader in the pension industry and has a long track record of success in managing third-party administration companies. Prior to joining FuturePlan in 2018, he co-founded Dedicated DB, which grew to become a national leader for defined benefit plans. He now leads FuturePlan’s Solo DB practice. Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from California State University, Chico. He completed graduate studies in political economy at Leeds University, England.

Vice President, INTAC-FuturePlan

Charles is one of New Jersey’s foremost retirement planning experts, drawing on 25 years of industry experience to provide trusted counsel to clients. He brought his highly regarded firm INTAC Actuarial Services, Inc. to become part of FuturePlan in 2018. Today, as INTAC’s Vice President, he spearheads the firm’s pension sales and marketing programs with an emphasis on delivering a high-touch, personalized customer experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Touro College in New York City.

As CEO, Kristy led Beneco to become a national leader for Prevailing Wage Plans, helping public works contractors build their businesses while taking care of their own future and that of their valued employees. After joining FuturePlan in 2019, she now brings her solutions-focused approach, strategic thinking, and client service expertise to lead FuturePlan’s Prevailing Wage practice. Kristy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Webster University.

Chris joined the FuturePlan leadership team as part of Polycomp Administrative Services in 2017, bringing more than 30 years of experience in financial services industry. He has held a wide variety of leadership roles in the areas of defined contribution plans, trusts, and investments. Chris now leads Futureplan’s Benefit Trust Services Practice, serving our growing number of multiple employer benefit trust clients. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Northeastern University.

Ron leads integration efforts for FuturePlan, currently ESOP services, by bringing heritage organizations together as one team. Previously, Ron was AVP of Client Service with JP Morgan and Empower leading the Defined Benefit and Non-Qualified centers of excellence. Over the past 30 years, he has held a variety of leadership roles in the Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Plan space and brings a deep knowledge of retirement operations as well as client service to the organization. Ron holds a bachelor’s degree from Hope University.

Steve is responsible for all revenue generation at FuturePlan and accountable for driving optimal integration and alignment between revenue related functions. He joined FuturePlan in 2018, previously holding roles as Managing Director of Crown Rock Consulting and Vice President, Strategy, Planning & Project Management at Prudential Retirement. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Assumption University.

As a partner and COO of Nashville-based Avintus, Veronica led the TPA to achieve excellent client satisfaction and retention metrics. Using her unique blend of experience in HR, payroll, and retirement plan administration, she enabled Avintus to be first to market in Tennessee with 3(16) services.

Vice President, 3(16), Institutional, and Compliance Services

Jessica is responsible for leading our experienced Compliance and Document Services teams in addition to a specialized team who take the complex topic of 3(16) fiduciary responsibilities and deliver robust, yet simple solutions. Her industry background includes many years in banking with expertise in lending, compliance, and business growth. Jessica also boasts several years of experience at a national retirement recordkeeper, engaging extensively with plan sponsors on the administrative requirements of their plan. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Iowa State University.

Nicole is the head of Human Resources, serving as an HR partner and coach to leaders and HR champion to associates. With more than 21 years of experience in financial services, she drives alignment of culture and people initiatives to reach and exceed business goals. She holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Salisbury University and Master’s degree in Human Resources from Villanova.

Head of Marketing

Kelly is responsible for leading marketing strategy for FuturePlan. She brings over 25 years of marketing experience in senior leadership roles at visible brands such as E*TRADE, Fidelity Investments, Allstate, and MFS Investment Management. Her B2B and B2C financial services marketing background includes retirement, insurance, investment, and stock plan product solutions. Kelly earned her BS in Business Administration from Marquette University and her MBA in Global Business from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Tami Evanson

Senior Vice President, IT Development

Tami, Senior Vice President, is responsible for IT service and software development for Ascensus. Her role includes ensuring FuturePlan's overall IT strategy and execution are aligned with the goals of the division and organization, as well providing operational support of these businesses. Tami has been with Ascensus since 2003, with experience in leadership across IT infrastructure, DevOps, and software development.  Prior to Ascensus, Tami was an IT consultant specializing in messaging and design, and technical writer and editor. Tami studied at University of Minnesota with a focus in Women’s Studies.

Matt is responsible for the financial oversight and planning at FuturePlan. He has more than eight years of experience within the Ascensus organization, previously holding various roles from financial analyst to financial manager. Matt joined Ascensus in 2016, bringing with him over seven years of accounting and finance experience across multiple industries. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from University of Massachusetts – Lowell.
