FuturePlan by Ascensus Appoints Carlo Guerrera Head of Institutional Sales
Dresher, PA—January 26, 2022—FuturePlan by Ascensus— a leading national retirement third-party administrator (TPA) that specializes in the delivery of customized retirement plan consulting and administration services—announces that Carlo Guerrera has joined the firm as Head of Institutional Sales. Guerrera will lead institutional development of strategic recordkeeping and broker-dealer firm partners, supporting FuturePlan’s overall institutional product pipeline. He will report to Kasey Price, FuturePlan’s Head of Sales. The change was effective January 10.
Guerrera comes to FuturePlan with more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, Carlo was the Membership Relationship Director for LIMRA’s retirement business working with Secure Retirement Institute (SRI) members to identify common challenges and provide strategic insights and solutions to advance their business goals. Previously, Carlo was Head of Workplace Strategic Relationships for MassMutual. He led a team responsible for strategic account and relationship management with key distributors, including investment partners. Prior to his time at MassMutual, Guerrera held a variety of roles at The Hartford, including key account management across asset management, annuity, life insurance and retirement plans.
Carlo received both his bachelor’s degree and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Hartford.
