IRS Issues Publication 515

The Internal Revenue Service has issued Publication 515, Withholding of Tax on Nonresident Aliens and Foreign Entities to be used for tax year 2026. The publication is for withholding agents who pay income to foreign persons, including nonresident aliens, and describes the types of income subject to withholding and the information return and tax filing obligations of withholding agents.
